The maintenance situation needs serious attention!!! Rooms look straight out of the 80s and desperately require updates!!! Dirty glasses in the bathroom and poor Wi-Fi should not be the norm!!!

Rooms show their age with tired decor and needed updates. Bathrooms often have mould and grime, air ventilation needs cleaning, and there’s a lack of basic amenities like a kettle. The pool needs maintenance, missing tiles can lead to a less inviting swim. Noise from the nearby Muay Thai stadium can disrupt your rest, especially in the evening. Staff response to maintenance was slow, like window repairs that took days to address, and the hot water situation in some rooms proved frustrating at times.

The shower was tricky to use, and the room had loose sockets.

The enormous room offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains, and the hotel is situated just a short walk from the vibrant Thapae Gate, providing a quiet retreat. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, I did encounter issues with hot water availability during the day. the room decor felt a bit dated, and I found some of the bathroom amenities lacking in quality.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 2 nights. The space was huge with a nice panoramic view of the mountains, which was a pleasant surprise! It's pretty quiet despite being near Thapae Gate. The TV offered a few Western news channels, but the best part was the lovely staff—they were super helpful! the room decor showed its age, and the bathroom could definitely use a refresh.
